Kentch joined the company’s Cancellations Department in mid-December 2023, bringing valuable experience and expertise to her new role.

Kentch resides in Lansing, NY, with her two sons. She graduated from Groton High School and holds certifications in Digital Media and Business Math from TST BOCES. Her professional background includes two years of experience working with the Tompkins County Department of Social Services.
