With over 20 years of Commercial Lines experience, Carlene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Ventura, a resident of Clinton, NY, holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Property & Casualty Licensed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and volunteering for local animal shelters.
